Consulting Projects
2006-2015
Set up and operated two medical technology call centers to assist hospitals, physicians, and surgery centers with coding, billing, and insurance inquiries. Handled approximately 275 – 300 calls per month for two flagship biologic products.
2010-2013
Set up and operated one medical technology call center to assist Durable Medical Equipment distributors, suppliers, physical therapists, chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons with the coding and billing for a traction device. The call volume varied between 50-75 calls per month.
2006-Current
Outbound calls to national and regional insurers to educate insurers about the clinical research and to obtain positive coverage policy for two biologic products for diabetic foot ulcers and venous stasis ulcers. Approximately 20 outbound calls per day add or 400 outbound calls per month.
